Established in 2022, MMG RED (MMG United Real Estate Development) was created as the dedicated real estate arm of MMG United, a group founded in 2008 in Alexandria with deep experience in operations, trade, and multi-sector business management.

While MMG United expanded across industries such as food manufacturing, cafés, gym equipment, medical supplements, and international trade, MMG RED was formed to apply this operational mindset to real estate — focusing on rental-led developments that support business continuity and growth.

MMG RED is intentionally a lean and focused startup. Rather than pursuing large volumes of projects, we concentrate on select developments where location, accessibility, and functionality create clear value for tenants and operators.
